NEW, attractive, lively.
New to our market, Pere Llopart Vilaros is located in Subirats, a municipality of Barcelona, in Catalonia; it was established in 1887 as a Cava producers, but since 1385 as viticulturists. It is an organic Cava made from the classics: Xarelo-lo, Macabeu and Parellada from the family's estate vineyards, and is then aged for more than 18 months.
Notes of lemon brioche and crunchy golden fruits, leesy with attractive baked goods/patisserie layers. It is lively and fresh, creamy with autolytic tones, a good mousse and and a fresh and bouncy finish.
Champagne quality without the price tag.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Undressed.
